The Thirsty Traveler started with the goal of providing unique and personalized bartending services for parties and events for Southern Oklahoma and surrounding areas. As a husband and wife team with experience in serving others, Thirsty Traveler has a passion for creating unforgettable events. In "real life", Tony is a tire quality inspector and Renee is a radiologic technologist. Together they are a team built to succeed, having 40+ years of excellent customer service experience between them. By creating Thirsty Traveler, it has opened up more opportunities to enjoy the best moments of life.
We offer a wide range of bartending services, selection of bar set-ups as well as custom packages tailored to fit your specific needs. We do it all- birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, showers, bachelor/ bachelorette parties, team-building events, backyard parties, holiday parties.. If it's a party, we want to be there!
At The Thirsty Traveler Mobile Bar , we believe that every event should be a reflection of your personal style and preferences. We work closely with our clients to ensure that their vision is brought to life in every detail. Our packages are customizable to your needs and budget.
From decorations to your custom drink menu, we have everything you need to throw the perfect party. Currently, we provide a couple of different bar set-up options including the sought-after rustic 2 horse trailer, professional satellite bar, our classic white skirted table set-up, or existing bar at your venue.
Perfect if you want to serve your own guests or already have a bartender hired. Our cute little trailer can be used for so much more than serving drinks! Think about how this could be used for photo shoots or photo booth, dessert station, DJ booth or concession stand. The ideas are endless.
Includes 4 hours usage of our white horse trailer (without any supplies or bartender). Delivery and pick-up. Additional fee of $1.50 per mile outside of 60 mile radius. Multiple days can be arranged for additional fee.

We arrive at your chosen event location the day of event 1-2 hours prior, set up, help you throw the most epic party ever and clean up! Remaining booze goes home with you.
Oklahoma state liquor law prohibits purchasing and selling alcohol by us. We are a "dry-hire" bar. What does that mean? You purchase the alcohol, we do the rest! We offer suggestions to help create a drink menu and let you know how much alcohol you'll need for your event. For the sake of maintaining a safe and enjoyable event for all guests, all coolers and alcohol must be kept behind the bar and served by a licensed bartender. Guests will be asked for ID before being served.

At The Thirsty Traveler, we specialize in a wide range of events, including weddings, showers, birthdays, team building events and pretty much anything you want to celebrate!
No, we are versatile and work with you to provide exactly what you need to make the event you're having a success! We can provide mocktails (strawberry mojito is a fave), tea and/or coffee cart, plain or fruit infused water, variety of lemonade flavors, non-alcoholic mimosa bar, and canned or bottled drinks of your choice. We include the same services with all packages to make it easy!
Our pricing varies depending on the size and complexity of the event. Please contact us for a custom quote. Be as detailed as possible and we will do as much as we can to help you reach your goal and also stay within your budget. All of our packages include our tasteful decorative touch and all items needed to keep your guests happy.
We do require a non-refundable deposit when you commit to a spot on our schedule. Thirsty Traveler will be at your event, rain or shine. If you choose to reschedule your event we will do everything we can to accommodate you for the alternate date.
